Our Manhattan atelier is located at 608 Fifth Avenue, where we meet by appointment only. To ensure the highest level of service, we kindly ask that all appointments be scheduled in advance.

Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through our website. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time.

Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with the details of your private consultation. As part of our white glove service, a member of our team will personally reach out via email or phone 24 to 48 hours prior to confirm your visit. This extra step ensures a truly private and personalized experience. Please note that appointments not verified through this confirmation process may be respectfully released, even if a calendar invitation has been accepted. At Nikita Jewelry, protecting your privacy and preserving the exclusivity of our appointment schedule is our highest priority.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 24 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in limitations on future bookings.

Late Arrivals: To respect the time of all clients, we allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments at our atelier. Arriving later may require rescheduling based on availability.

Walk-Ins: To maintain the exclusivity of our services, Nikita Jewelry operates by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins. Please schedule an appointment in advance to ensure a personalized experience.

Appointment Validity: To maintain the integrity of our booking system, appointments made with invalid phone numbers or inaccurate information will be discarded.
